Baltimore Scoop has received additional information from individuals connected to yesterday’s assault in Pikesville.

According to a family member, the victim was visiting his mother, who is currently hospitalized in the area, when the incident occurred.

We also spoke with someone whose mother witnessed the attack and remained with the victim until Hatzalah arrived.

Based on her account, the victim, described as a frum Jewish man with an Israeli accent, was simply walking when an unknown Black male tripped him without provocation.

The witness said the victim appeared to be in severe pain and was unable to get up or even move onto the stretcher without assistance. While his exact injuries have not been confirmed, she believed he may have suffered a broken hip.
