Legislation establishing Jewish American Heritage Month and Muslim American Heritage Month – sponsored by Senator Hettleman and Delegate Wolek – Chairs of the Jewish and Muslim Caucuses, advanced following a thoughtful and engaging debate on the Senate floor.
