Crews on site tell Baltimore Scoop they are already about halfway done and are aiming to finish the work by around 3:00 PM, barring any issues.

The work is related to a utility issue after a nearby home experienced very low water pressure. Crews believe there may be a blockage in the pipe andg are opening it up to investigate and fix the problem.

The affected stretch remains closed in front of Wellwood  School. Drivers should continue using alternate routes via Darwood or Lisburne until work is completed.
