Drivers should be aware of upcoming lane closures on the Jones Falls Expressway (I-83) this weekend.

As part of the “Art After Dark” initiative, two right lanes of southbound I-83 will be closed between the 29th Street access ramp and Guilford Avenue.

The closure is scheduled to begin Friday at approximately 9:00 AM and continue through 11:00 PM on Sunday, weather permitting.

In addition, the North Avenue ramp to southbound I-83 will also be closed during this time, with detours in place.
