Good news for our community: the Baltimore Tuition Initiative (BTI) rebate is increasing for the 2025–26 school year from 4.5% to 5.25%.

This means eligible families at participating schools will receive a larger tuition rebate thanks to increased support from donors and renewed funding from the program.

BTI began with a 3.5% rebate in its first year, increased to 4.5% last year, and is now growing again to 5.25%.

The rebate applies to assessed tuition, with families who already paid expected to receive rebates later this summer, while those with outstanding balances will receive credits toward tuition.

BTI leaders noted that this increase was made possible in part by generous donors, including community members who chose to donate last year’s rebate back into the fund.
