Sixteen people were hospitalized Thursday after a stolen vehicle carrying four juveniles crashed into an MTA bus at East Oliver and North Wolfe streets in East Baltimore.

Baltimore Police said officers attempted to stop the stolen vehicle, but the driver fled. Officers requested assistance from Foxtrot, and shortly afterward, the vehicle crashed into the bus.

All four juveniles in the stolen vehicle were injured and taken to area hospitals. Twelve people from the MTA bus were also hospitalized with injuries described by police as non-life-threatening.
