A Baltimore Scoop follower reports that early this morning, a man was seen trying to get into car doors in a driveway on Seven Mile.

According to the report, the man then allegedly attempted to get into a house before police arrived and apprehended him.

The individual was later taken away by ambulance due to apparent mental health concerns.
