The Sail 250 Maryland and Air Show Baltimore events this summer massively outperformed the expectations the city had ahead of time.

Over 600,000 visitors came to the events, generating over $114.5 million in local economic impact. Over 73% of visitors came from outside of Baltimore City.  

Earlier in June, the city estimated only 200,000 to 250,000 would attend.
