A 103-year-old bridge on Warren Road in Cockeysville is sparking safety concerns, with heavy rusting and dangling steel visible.  The bridge has received a “poor” federal inspection grade for nearly a decade.

Thousands of vehicles driver over the bridge daily, including many school buses.   Baltimore has yet to submit a federal funding application for a new bridge.  Some speculate that politics may be the reason for the delay.  While the bridge is located in Baltimore County, the bridge is owned maintained by Baltimore City.
