Two suspects wanted in connection with a kidnapping in Rhode Island were arrested in Baltimore County on Friday following a police chase.  The suspects refused to stop for police lights and sirens, forcing the use of stop sticks to deflate their tires.  The suspects then tied to run away on foot with two children before being apprehended in the White Marsh area.  

The two children were not hurt, but were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation.  In addition to the kidnapping offense, the suspects will likely be charged with assault on an officer.
