Chesky Sauer helps property owners and management companies report tenant balances to the three major credit bureaus each month.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Chesky spent 22 years in the community before moving to Toms River. His connection to Baltimore runs deep. His father, Avraham Dovid Sauer, zt”l, was one of the founders of Hatzalah in Baltimore, and his mother and much of his family still call the community home.

One thing Chesky appreciates most about his work is the ability to work remotely—a major change from his previous job, which had him flying out of state every week.

And despite living in New Jersey, he still gets a taste of Baltimore: his mother brings him David Chu’s whenever she comes to Lakewood during the week.

His advice is simple: “Always do the right thing and do your best, and Hashem will take care of the rest.”
