Local businesses damaged by the massive MTA bus crash at the intersection of Reisterstown Rd and Old Court Rd are still waiting for their claims to be handled, over a month later after the crash.  The agency sent one local business a letter stating “We are still reviewing what happened and have not yet decided whether the MTA is responsible.”

A spokesperson for the MTA responded to an inquiry about another unpaid claim, saying: “We are unable to comment in response to your inquiry because it concerns pending claims/litigation. We will share the information you have provided with our claims unit.”
