37-year old Jared Johnson-Bey has passed away a few weeks after being hit by a car on Reisterstown Road.  The crash occurred after 11pm on July 28th, at the 10100 block of Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills (near Wegmans).  An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
