Former Maryland Governor Larry Hogan is once again declining to endorse Dan Cox in the race for governor, just as he did in 2022.

Hogan’s refusal is renewing major questions about whether Maryland Republicans can win statewide without the broad coalition of moderates, independents, and Democrats that helped him win two terms in deep-blue Maryland.
