Maryland Governor Wes Moore has officially endorsed Karson Kamenetz in the race for Baltimore County Council representing the new District 4.

Kamenetz said he is “deeply humbled” to receive the Governor’s support, calling the campaign a movement focused on bringing “dignity and investment back to neglected corridors along Reisterstown and Liberty Roads,” while also improving public safety, tackling reckless driving, and keeping neighborhoods “beautiful, affordable, and strong for the next generation.”

Kamenetz also praised Gov. Moore’s leadership and partnership with Baltimore County, saying he looks forward to working together to deliver “tangible results” for District 4 residents.

The endorsement marks a significant moment in the campaign as local races across Baltimore County continue to gain momentum ahead of election season.
