Early Shabbos morning, approximately 6–7 cars were broken into on the 3200 block of Pinkney. All of the vehicles targeted were reported to be Hyundais and Kias.

One vehicle was stolen during the incident but has since been recovered.

Residents are urged to take precautions, especially those with Hyundai and Kia models, which have been increasingly targeted. Using steering wheel locks, such as “The Club,” can serve as a strong deterrent.
