More than 1,400 “BGE”  customers were without power Friday morning as the intense Maryland heat wave continues.

The 21215 area appears to be seeing more impact, with parts of Northwest Baltimore affected.

With temperatures expected to feel over 100° again today, even short outages can be dangerous, especially for seniors and young children.
