The public is invited to a groundbreaking ceremony tomorrow morning for the first public splash pad in Baltimore County.

The project includes a 2,700‑square‑foot interactive water play area, along with a new comfort station, shaded gathering areas and improved pathways.  The opening date is estimated for Spring 2028.
