The new budget is a roughly 4.3% increase.  Details include the elimination of 154 full time positions, and cuts at 21 schools – with funds shifting into state-mandated pre-K and poverty-targeted grants.

Admins Take: There are no words, other than just “Wow.”  It is mind boggling to see how much money Baltimore spends to arguably not properly educate it’s students.
